Heal 2 Live provides gentle, personalised movement sessions for NDIS participants in a supportive, women-only environment. Our sessions are designed to improve mobility, support wellbeing, and help participants feel more comfortable and capable in their bodies.

Our Approach

We understand that every participant has unique needs, goals, and comfort levels. That is why every NDIS session at Heal 2 Live begins with a one-on-one conversation to understand your plan goals, physical capacity, and any considerations we should be aware of.

Sessions are delivered with patience, sensitivity, and a strong commitment to dignity and respect. We move at your pace, always.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and discuss how our sessions align with your plan funding
  3. Your first session includes a gentle assessment to understand your needs
  4. A personalised movement program is then developed and adjusted as you progress
