Our Kids & Youth Movement Program supports children and teenagers in developing healthy posture, coordination, and body awareness through fun, structured, and age-appropriate movement sessions.
Children and teens today face more time seated than any generation before them — at school, at home, and on devices. This contributes to poor posture, reduced core strength, and a disconnection from their own bodies.
Our movement programs provide a structured, encouraging space for young people to build physical literacy, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits — all while having fun and feeling supported.
Sessions are designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and easy to follow. We use movement games, guided exercises, and simple breathwork to keep young participants motivated and supported throughout.
Sessions can be delivered in small groups or individually, depending on the setting and participant needs.

Heal 2 Live is a welcoming wellness studio dedicated to helping women and families move better and live healthier. Our programs combine Pilates, posture correction, movement therapy, and Hijama therapy.
