Understanding Your Practice and How to Get Started

What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Breathable fabrics like cotton or moisture-wicking materials are ideal. Socks are optional — many clients prefer to practise barefoot for better grip and body connection.

Absolutely. Our sessions welcome participants at all experience levels. Whether you are new to movement or simply returning after time away, Ayesha guides you gently and clearly so you feel supported at every step.
We keep our sessions small — a maximum of three participants per class. This ensures you receive personalised attention, individual feedback, and a genuinely supportive movement experience.
