About Us

Your Everyday Space for Balance, Strength, and Mindful Living

Our Story: From Dreams to Reality

At Heal 2 Live, our story began with a simple yet profound vision — to create a safe and nurturing space where healing begins from within. Founded with a passion for mind–body connection and community wellbeing, Heal 2 Live was born from the belief that movement, awareness, and compassion together can restore balance and strength.

What started as a small idea has grown into a holistic wellness space where Pilates, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care come together to support every woman’s journey toward strength, resilience, and calm. Each session is guided with heart, grounded in professional care, and designed to empower you—body, mind, and soul.

As we continue to grow, we invite you to be part of our story — to move, to breathe, and to heal with purpose. Because at Heal 2 Live, it’s not just about Pilates—it’s about rediscovering harmony, one movement at a time.

Meet Our Instructor

As the sole guide at Heal 2 Live, Ayesha brings personalised movement, mindful alignment, and compassionate support to every class — helping you move with purpose, confidence, and connection.

Ayesha Awan, MSW, Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy, Pilates & Mind-Body Practitioner

Ayesha bring a unique blend of social-work training, family-systems knowledge and Pilates-based somatic movement to my practice. With a background in social work and advanced study in family therapy and mental health, I support individuals, families and community members to reconnect body and mind through breath-led movement, alignment and relational awareness.

By weaving somatic experience, conscious breath and movement-based practice, I assist you in calming your nervous system, improving posture and moving with purpose and confidence.

Please note: These sessions provide movement-based supports and are not a substitute for clinical mental-health therapy, counselling or diagnosis.
